With 3 polishing stations combined in different angles, this machine allows completely automatic and independent regulation of each of these units.

This profile mirror polishing machine is equipped with a mobile and polychromatic touch screen, where there is total control on the tube polishing operation and material feeding speed. Also, in this panel, the operator can define frequency and duration of polishing paste injection on each of the automatic spray guns and is able to monitor the work through digital ammeters.
PP200 3K is equipped with pre-installation for dust extraction, conveyor belt cleaning system and can be additionally supplied with tube return systems in order to better fit each production.
In this demonstration video an aluminum profile is polished to a perfect mirrored shine surface. This machine can also mirror polish stainless steel tubes and flat bars.
