FG220 Z2K is a finishing and deburring machine with 220mm of width capacity.
On a first station this machine is equipped with a contact roller which grinds away the heavier burrs from laser or plasma cutting.
Then, on a second station composed by two special deburring brushes, FG220 Z2K eliminates sharp edges and creates round and soft edges on metal parts.
On the examples we can see different sizes and shapes being deburred. Inside and outside contours of stainless steel, steel or aluminium are easily deburred.
