DM1100 C Cross Belt Deburring and Edges Rounding Machine

DM1100 C deburrs inside and outside contours of stainless steel, steel and aluminium parts cut by laser, punching or shearing.

Burrs are cleaned from the total surface leaving soft and round edges, and making the complete part easy and soft to touch and handle.

Also oxide removal after laser cutting with oxygen can be done with DM1100 C, avoiding powder coating or wet paint layer to come off.

DM1100 C deburring machine can remove the sharp edges of laser cut parts which are film protected without removing the plastic coating. The deburring is done all over the external and internal limits of the part and after removing the plastic film the surface keeps its original finishing.

Deburring 8mm steel punched parts or thin 0.8 mm stainless steel laser cut material is not also a problem. Small parts like 50x50mm can also be easily deburred without moving them along the process.
